Security Policy
Last updated: 7 May 2026
1. Our approach
rel-ease is designed to help businesses manage important operational data in one place. We take security seriously and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the platform.
2. Account security
Users are responsible for:
- Using strong passwords.
- Keeping login details private.
- Signing out on shared devices.
- Removing users who no longer need access.
- Reviewing team access and module permissions.
3. Workspace access
rel-ease includes workspace-level access controls. Team members should only be given access they need to do their work.
Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite, remove or allow to manage data.
4. Data protection measures
Security measures may include:
- Session-based authentication.
- User roles and team permissions.
- Secure connection settings.
- Encrypted storage for some integration secrets or tokens.
- Controlled server access.
- Error monitoring and diagnostics.
- Backups and recovery processes.
- Separation of company workspace data.
5. Third-party integrations
Integrations such as Meta, email providers, Google, Stripe and others depend on third-party security practices as well as rel-ease settings.
Users should only connect accounts they are authorised to use and should disconnect integrations when they are no longer needed.
6. Files and uploads
Users must not upload unsafe, unlawful or malicious files.
rel-ease may restrict, remove or investigate files that appear to create security risk.
7. Security incidents
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data or customer data, we will investigate and take appropriate steps. Where required, we will notify affected customers or relevant authorities.
8. Reporting security issues
If you believe you have found a security issue, contact:
security@rel-ease.com
Please include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not access, copy, modify or delete data that is not yours.
9. No guarantee
No online service can be completely secure. rel-ease cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, data loss or service interruption will never occur.
