1. About these terms
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using rel-ease, including business workspaces, customer-facing websites, connected inboxes, modules, trials, billing and integrations.
By using rel-ease, you agree to these terms.
2. About rel-ease
rel-ease is a business hub SaaS platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It may include tools for communications, contacts, websites, live chat, Chatflow, forms, bookings, products, files, invoices, estimates, projects, automations, reports, community features and integrations.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account and business information.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping login details secure.
- Controlling who can access your workspace.
- Removing team members who should no longer have access.
- Activity carried out by users in your workspace.
- Making sure account details and billing details stay up to date.
4. Your content and data
You retain responsibility for the business data, website content, files, contacts, messages, forms, products, invoices, reports and other material added to your workspace.
You grant rel-ease permission to process that content only as needed to provide, support, secure and improve the service.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing or unsafe.
5. Backups and data loss
You are responsible for keeping suitable backups and copies of business-critical data, including contacts, messages, website content, invoices, files, products and reports.
Although we aim to run a reliable service, rel-ease is not responsible for loss, corruption, deletion, interruption or inability to access your data to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Third-party integrations
rel-ease may allow you to connect services such as Meta/Facebook, email providers, Google, Stripe, Mailchimp, accounting tools and other third parties.
You are responsible for making sure you have authority to connect each service.
Third-party services may change, fail, suspend access, require review, apply limits or change their rules. rel-ease is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages or restrictions.
7. Customer-facing websites
If you use rel-ease to create public websites, landing pages, forms, live chat, policy pages or product pages, you are responsible for the legality, accuracy and suitability of the content.
You are also responsible for your own customer terms, privacy information, cookie notices, tracking code and compliance obligations.
8. Billing, trials and paid modules
Some rel-ease features may be free and others may require payment.
Paid modules may be offered with a trial period. If a trial expires, access to that module may be restricted unless it is added to billing or turned off.
Prices, billing models and features may change over time. We will aim to make pricing clear before payment.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use rel-ease to:
- Send spam or unlawful marketing.
- Harass, threaten or abuse others.
- Upload malware or unsafe files.
- Phish, mislead or impersonate others.
- Infringe copyright or other rights.
- Interfere with the platform or other users.
- Break third-party platform rules.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, creates risk, violates these terms, has unpaid fees, or is required to comply with law or third-party platform requirements.
11. Changes to the service
rel-ease is evolving. We may add, remove, update, rename or change features as the platform grows.
12. Disclaimers
rel-ease is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business purpose.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, rel-ease is not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, data recovery costs, indirect losses or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
